FbKits – Kit Repository

This article will contain all kits I’ll make for FM2011. I’ve used the LS’10 style for a long time, but I thought it would be a good time to switch to something new, and something with short sleeves. I settled on the FbKits style made by trbngr on FM Fanboys (official thread here). It has a lot of support, many kit templates and is the best looking style I’ve seen so far. Simplicity rules.

Arsenal change their home kit every other year. The away kit change every year, with the previous away kit becoming the new third kit. All these Arsenal fantasy kits are work in progress, and will change until there is a full set of home/away/third kits for every year up until at least 2030.

The kits will then be used in the new “Changing Arsenal Kits” article for the 2010-2011 season.

FbKits Texture & Extras

Here is the PSD containing my slightly altered texture (I like it a little less colourful), and also Premier League patches, fantasy kit sponsors, etc.

Download FbKits Textures & Extras v0.1.7

Instructions: pick a design you like in the FbKits Template Pack. Select the folders ‘design X’ and ‘base’ in the template PSD. Hold down SHIFT and drag the folders to the FbKits Textures & Extras PSD file. Holding SHIFT while dragging will center it perfectly.

    Thanks! I’ve started writing the new Arsenal Simulation Compendium, analyzing the new match tactics that are slightly modified from last years 4-3-3 and planning the database changes…but until FM2011 comes out I can’t finish anything. I’d say that the ASC2011 will be out 3-4 weeks after FM2011 is released.

    I might do an update with the career save I have, I’m in the 2017/2018 season now.

    p.s If you’re after help (not that you need it) with the ASC2011 im more than willing to help. Im a Arsenal season ticket holder and was very impressed with what you did last year.

    Thanks! Actually I’d like some help with the ASC this time around. Not the writing part necessarily, more like beta tests of the actual tactic and such – so basically just people who try the tactic and compendium out and give me some feedback on how it looks and feels.

    I’ll let you know when we get closer to demo time. ;)

    Thanks Joss! As soon as the demo is out and I’ve had a chance to go through what’s actually possible to implement this time around, I’ll let you know what the plan is for beta testing the new tactic.

    There will be a config for the Arsenal kits, the new compendium will be even more in-depth and detailed than the current one. I already have ideas outlined to almost double the compendium size, so hopefully it’s going to be the most detailed Arsenal guide available.
